    3 computer monitors have been dumped on tree strip on Hallock AVENUE @ Third St. (on the mostly non-residential side of the street).

    A large pile of brush has been sitting on the tree strip in front of 300 Howard Ave. for a couple of weeks now. According to city ordinance, branches cannot exceed 4 feet in length and must be tied in bundles not exceeding 1 foot in diameter and can be put out on trash day--but not before. And not left loose on the tree strip indefinitely.
