    SW corner Whitney Ave storm drain is broken, clogged or needs to be re-engineered. Water backs up into Whitney Ave travel lane and covers pedestrian crossing at this corner which is used by young schoolchildren. This condition has existed since 1965 when we moved to the neighborhood, so I suspect the drain needs to be re-engineered.
