Thorndale
The excessive speeding on Hazelwood Avenue is a nightmare. People take this road to avoid the congestion of Rt. 30 and to get to the Thorndale train station, particularly during rush hour and on the weekends. Fine, nothing we can do about that. But when cars routinely travel down this road at 50mph, it is a huge problem. This is a quiet residential street, not a commercial thoroughfare. It appears that Thorndale police could have a field day writing tickets here, but I've never seen them ticketing there other than much closer to Marshalton-Thorndale road, and that is extremely rare.
