    The festoon lights at Key Route Plaza (a city owned plaza), 41st and Piedmont Avenue, Oakland are not aworking correctly. For some reason the string facing 41st Street does not work. We are having a community event at the plaza this Saturday, 12/7, so would appreciate it if this could be fixed before then.

    A request was made of the city for speed bumps on Ramona Ave between Moraga and Piedmont Avenue. To determine the traffic flow, we assume, the city installed four sensor wires across the street at 42 Ramona Avenue. One of those has been damaged and is now in two pieces and needs to be replaced.

    There are 9 garbage containers that are left on the sidewalk and in the street by the parking lot next to 20 Glen 24/7 (i.e. are never secured elsewhere). We believe they come from the tenants of 20 Glen and the one adjacent to it that fronts Piedmont Avenue, This property is managed by Lapman Properties and we have contacted "Tony" of their firm and advised him of the problem -- 510-594-7600 -- with no results. Yesterday, (8/1) the same 9 cans were out there. The picture only shows 4. Other pictures are available. How can we get this problem resolved? Are you the correct agency?     This is not illegal dumping but I was unable to find a category that could be used. 80 Echo Avenue is the address for the Piedmont Avenue Branch Library. We recently weeded the property and the weeds are in four "green waste" bags purchased from ACE Hardware ready for pick up. They are located on the sidewalk in front of 80 Echo Avenue.

    There's an overpass that ends at E12th Street andbvE23rd Avenue. At the crest of the overpass (as drivers are instructed to veer to the left) there's a huge pot hole that drivers must swerve around. Very dangerous.

    Great Clips continues to post signs in the median on Pleasant Valley Road which runs between Montgomery and Broadway. Neighbors are trying to beautify the neighborhood and this isn't helping.
