In passing this location last night, this issue has not been addressed. So, I've reopened it.
As of 6:30 pm 10/3/12, recycling has still not been picked up
Actually, in checking my notes, this is not in front of 3209, but rather on the southeast corner of Georgia and Keefer Place, NW.
Similar tagging on Rock Creek Church Rd was removed yesterday (5/10/12) but this one was missed. Please reschedule and remove.

I removed this graffiti myself a few months ago.

The graffiti described in this request has since been removed.
I just walked past this streetlight and see that the graffiti is still there. Other requests from that date were addressed. Did this request get missed?
This is a section of sidewalk on the south side of Otis Place about mid-block. It is just east of the alley entrance that goes behind the school.
