I have been noticing over the past month or so that a lot of cars are running the red light at this intersection. In most cases, the light for Pine Grove or Grand Street will be green, and one or two cars will still try getting through the light.

Also, cars coming from uptown will turn on to Pine Grove with no regard for the red light. They will roll right trough it without looking at traffic that is coming across Broadway
