At the northeast corner of Everett & East 6th Streets there is a stormwater drain that is missing it's grate. This is a hazard as there are 2 LARGE apartment complexes on either side of Everett. Please remedy!

Both sides (N and S) of the crosswalk light at South 8th & East Cary Streets are out. I guess it is due to construction of the Gateway Plaza building, however the sidewalk is still usable & the crosswalk is still open. Either the lights need to be turned back on or the contractor should make an effort to block people from this intersection.

a very beat-up looking couch is on the Sidewalk on Stockton Street. Not sure who put it there. please remove.

Crosswalk at the SE corner of East Main & South 14th Streets is burnt out. specifically the white light is out, the red light is still functioning.

pothole in middle of Everett Street, approximately 5 feet west of the intersection of East 3rd Street & Everett Street.

The Grass on the corner of East 4th Street & Everett Streets is VERY high. It is extremely hazardous because cars on Everett Street are unable to see around the high grass to see cars travelling towards the Maury Street on-ramp for I-95 on east 4th street.

Someone did not secure their load properly and now there is a box spring in the south bound lanes of the 9th Street bridge. Box Spring is located in emergency lane close to the north bank of the james river.

abandoned neon has been reported a few times, now both inspection sticker & REGISTERATION IS EXPIRED. Please remove as parking is very tight on this block.

There are almost always cars illegally parked in a no-parking zone on wb Everett Street. The people who illegally park there vehicles here are creating a hazard for other drivers as it is nearly impossible to see around these illegally parked cars to actually visualize oncoming traffic when turning Left onto Everett Street off of East 7th Street. There are 2 spots where people illegally park, one is located literally to the direct left of E 7th Street and the other is approximately 30 feet behind the one previously described. The second one is also directly next to the driveway apron used for the Tobacco Factory Parking lot. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE, YOU CANNOT SEE EASTBOARD TRAFFIC COMING. Yet I NEVER see Richmond Parking Enforcement/RPD ticketing these cars- AND THEY LITERALLY PARK HERE ILLEGALLY ALL DAY & WEEKEND LONG!!!! More Enforcement in this particular area would be appreciated. there are a great many number of unsightly things in this "trash receptacle area". There is an old couch, a bathtub a few mattresses and a few other misc. things. Most of this garbage has come from the Hopper Lofts & the Tobacco Factory Apartments However I believe that the trash management company is contracted through the Tobacco Factory management- it just appears that they have no interest in removing these items. If the city could either remove these items or incentivize the management to remove these items it would be much appreciated.

A young tree was killed by a recent storm, it snapped in two and part of the limbs have been picked up but the base of the tree remains in the tree well. Does the City plan to replace the tree?

There are a great number of potholes in the right turn lane of East Byrd Street onto the South 9th Street Bridge. People come speeding off of 195/the Downtown Expressway into this turn and it makes for a dangerous combination where someone could lose control of their vehicle, additionally it is very difficult to drive in the rain over this section of roadway. re-paving this turn would be preferable as the roadway is very jagged now and patching may not prove sufficient.

abandoned railroad tracks in roadway make it very dangerous to drive here. drivers must come to a complete stop here & at the intersection of 6th & stockton streets. please fix!

there are a great number of potholes in the turn lane of east byrd street when turning onto south 9th street. when it gets wet it makes it very difficult to drive.

There are a set of approximately three abandoned railroad tracks in the middle of this intersection. The Railroad Rails protrude from the asphalt and force traffic to come to a near stop when they cross. it is only a matter of time until it damages a car.

there are a dozen or so street lights that are out on the 9th street bridge, I haven't really been able to determine how many exactly but there are several on each side of the bridgespan.

jeep w/ expired inspection sticker and registration parked on nb side of everett street w/ flat tire. has been there for a minute.

there is no stop sign at the intersection of semmes avenue and west 9th street. there probably should be but because of recent constrution in the area it may have been removed
