Very Dangerous. The light has a separate left turn signal for Ryan road traffic to turn onto Dobry. Today it was green when south bound Ryan was green. However, north bound Ryan road traffic was turning right and there was almost an accident. There should be a "no turn on red" sign for North bound Ryan traffic if you are going to let the southbound left turns go first!
