at the rear of mall, located within an alcove, much garbage accumulating, near unmarked loading areas. Many discarded fixtures, frequented as a smoking area for mall employees. Parking areas not marked for public, although area is considered public parking, no access allowed into mall unless walking to front of mall area. Loading area (supposedly) and unmarked and unsecured fire exit doors always propped open.
