    The playground equipment at this park worn to the point that it is unpleasant for kids to use. Paint is chipping and flaking off; kids have vandalized the equipment with markers and burned holes with lighters; the wood is so weathered that my son regularly gets splinters; safety rails are spaced wide enough for kids to fall through; the sand is overgrown with weeds. The list is long.

    What it comes down to is that, for the number of kids that live in this neighborhood, it seems that we should have some playground equipment that is safe for them to use.

    I have seen cars driving in the bike lanes on Hilton, both to make turns and using them as a second traffic lane (today it was a dark Chevy Venture, plate PTE INC). Possibly consider installing vehicle deterrents at major intersections.

    A portion of the cement sidewalk here is missing and has been haphazardly replaced with asphalt. The asphalt is uneven and below grade.
