    I would like to see a change to allow southbound to not have to wait there 5 minutes wither it be an green arrow/ yielding green light or shortening of the red light. People go around people stopped at the red arrow and take the turn it is unclear to some that they are supposed to stop for the red arrow while the rest of the lights are green.
