I have done an investigation about drains responsibility,
it appear that it is City responsibility, that again my catch basin it is solid blocked from mountain of snow,it must be excavate

Last night the snow cleaners from Hooker School, piled a mountain of snow, right on top of the only catch-base drain we have at the corner of Canner and Livingston st, it need an excavator to clear the drain, I own the house at corner, that is the only drain in 100 feet we have an the side to protect my house from an eventually flood, be aware; the City of New Haven will be responsible for an eventually flood to my basement . I will save copy of this issue

To the owner of the dog at corner of Livingston and Canner st,
as been many time so far to advise you the dog become very annoy every morning around 7/00 barking so loud, please do something before we make really complaint,

Willow St need and must be paved,
is about 2 years now we all in the area are reporting this problem,
is coming to a situation not repairable any-more because is the all street not just potholes.

take look this job done by U.I. and AT&T, (poles replacement),
dirt and stones left all over the curb and side-walk in the street,
I thing the New Haven Public workers suppose to supervisor these people or clean after them

U.I. and AT&T, they are changing poles all over in East-Rock,
they are done such dirty and poor job, we need the New Haven Public Work to stay behind to clean, stones, dirt, all over the curb in the street
