This is about the traffic signal at 9W and Westside Avenue in Haverstraw. Traffic going south on 9W and turning left onto Westside Avenue has a green light, but there is very poor visibility of oncoming traffic. There is a green arrow for left turns, but it is not triggered when traffic has moved into the intersection. This situation could be easily fixed by adding a red arrow for left turns whenever the green arrow is off. Please fix this before someone gets killed. It is especially dangerous for northbound motorcycles.
