The pavement around the sewer cover at the intersection of Hemlock Drive and Birchwood Road has receded. The sewer cover is about 1 inch above the road and poses a danger to autos, cyclists, and pedestrians.

Also, the serwer drain between 17 and 19 Birchwood Road is falling into the drain. A utility pole is above the sewer drain and is in jeopardy. This sewer drain has been replaced twice already. Additionally, the pitch of road leading to the sewer drain does not allow for proper movement of water and puddles deeply in the driveway of 17 Birchwood Road.
