    It seems after the old issue was "acknowledged" it was also forgotten. I just want to bring it up again because I think it is a very big safety issue and should be replaced before someone is seriously injured.

    When the new traffic lights were put in at the intersection of Emerson and Whalley Ave they removed the No Turn on Red sign. It is nearly impossible to see oncoming traffic when turning from Emerson onto Whalley. I turn here numerous times per day and have seen too many people try to make that right hand turn onto Whalley and nearly get hit by traffic on Whalley Ave.

    The photo attached is from being stopped behind the white line looking left. With those residential shrubs it’s impossible to know who is coming at you.

    PLEASE replace this sign.

    I have noticed this graffiti popping up around the Westville area. I've seen it on this dead end road sign and also at the Westville Post Office on the green electrical box on the corner.

    The traffic lights at the intersection of Forest and Fountain have been out since yesterday. THIS IS AN EXTREME SAFETY HAZARD having these traffic lights out. The lights on Fountain St are blinking yellow while the Forest Rd ones are blinking red.

    I saw a man and woman on a motorcycle almost get smashed by a van speeding down the hill on Fountain street because nobody was expecting the van to be speeding that fast through a yellow blinking light.

    Please fix this ASAP before somebody gets hurt.

    Many people use this street as a short cut during the evening backup on Forest Road. There are many large potholes all over this street and many are deep. Although it is very dangerous for people driving over these deep potholes it's also a hazard for the drivers speeding down this road who swerve around them at high speeds nearly hitting parked cars.

    There is a large pothole right as you make the curve on forest road. It is near the side of the road/curb but is definitely a tire killer if you hit it.

    The city has put in new stop lights at this intersection which is great, but you have removed the No Turn on Red sign. It is EXTREMELY difficult to see when turning from Emerson to Whalley due to the fact the white line is placed far back and some residential shrubs block the view of oncoming traffic. PLEASE replace this sign to help keep residents safe while turning. I have witnessed many near misses at this intersection from people turning not being able to see oncoming traffic.
