WE SEND NOTICE TO YOU, YOU NOTIFY OWNER, IT'S TAKEN CARE OF. TWO WEEKS LATER, THEY START AGAIN. THERE IS NOW A BROKEN DOWN SOFA BACK THERE.

    There is a community garden on the corner of Thurman and Clover. On the Clover St. side, 95% of sidewalk is cracked. No one has cleaned leaves and when you walk you have to always be looking down. Otherwise your foot, or my cane can get twisted. Someone can get hurt. Also, when it snows, noone shovels on that side.

    Also, and I know it is not bad yet just putting it out there, people are again putting trash. On back of property, in back of garage
