    Semmes Avenue Richmond, Virginia - Swansboro
    The construction crew working on the new apartment complex on Semmes Avenue closes off the right lane every morning causing everyone to have to merge and it slows traffic and causes potential accidents from people pulling into the left lane at the last minute. They're only closing the right lane to park their personal vehicles, however there's plenty of parking on 7th for them to use. The city should monitor their use of that road closure signs as they appear to be using them for the wrong reasons.

    The 800 block of Forest View Drive has an alley that feeds out onto our street midway down the block. There's an existing pole already sitting at the entrance to the alley, however there's no street light attached. That light would illuminate the street and help with safety on our block.
