The road area at intersection of Glenwood Rd. and Candler Rd. need to be paved. Light turned green but cars travelling on Glenwood have to almost come to a complete stop to go over the uneven pavement. This creates traffic w/ cars waiting to go over uneven area one after another, even though the light is green.
