Greatly overgrown lot and tree well. Tree well growth is hazard and impedes pedestrian flow.

Mattress and sofa to be picked up.

Overgrown vegetation in tree well with growths that are pointed spiky sharp and could pose danger to children and pets.

Dead tree needing removal

Christmas trees (x2) and yard waste debris. Located in sub-alley between house at 2201 Hanover and Shields Market on N. Shields Avenue.

Continually Muddy sidewalk ramp - this sidewalk ramp has been filled with mud for months. There is no drainage on this corner and the mud needs to be cleared. Long term solution is installation of a sewer drain on this corner or regrading of street to encourage proper storm drainage. Residents are tired of stepping around or through a muddy sidewalk ramp. Please clear the existing mud and have city engineers fix the underlying drainage problem.

Please come remove via bulk pick up a mattress and box spring in alley behind 2207 Hanover Avenue.

There are at least two dead trees on the west side of the 300 block of N. Strawberry St. One is directly across the street from 309 N. Strawberry St. and the other is about two tree wells south of it.

5 orange and white construction horses have been left on sidewalk in front of property during sidewalk repairs that were completed over one month ago.

The tree in the tree well in front of 2205 Hanover Avenue does not look healthy and seems to be dying. We request that the city arborist assess for removal.
