You cleaned up the debris which was great and quick. But we need the city arborist to come and inspect the tree. It was severely compromised and we think more limbs need to come down because it's not safe and may fall on houses or cars. It's the 8th oldest Elm in the city. Not the normal tree. Please send the arborist not just tree guys. We want to save the tree but need expertise not just cutters to advise on what to do to save this over 100 year old tree.

Major tree branches down covering the front of the lot end of street on DC land in front of our house. Shook the ground. 8th oldest elm in the city over 100 years old and healthy but you've done poorly trimming it for years and not treated for Dutch elm disease. Please come and remove giant limbs which could have crushed cars or people and did crash into the fence to the embassy of Russia. State department is about to get a bill for the fence.

Storm damage from rain brought down a number of city tree branches in front of our and neighbors houses short term. Long term could use a real dead wooding of the elm. Last 2 times they come for 20 minutes and do not get up high enough to do anything and branches are falling on us all the time.
