The pole holding the no parking sign on Eastbound Marcom St immediately after the Groman St intersection has been badly bent, apparently hit by a vehicle.

The bus stop on Westbound Hillsborough St @ Brooks Ave (outbound stop), is a busy stop, served by CAT (2 routes), Triangle Transit (4 routes), and Wolfline (3 routes). It is very common to have two buses boarding here at the same time, and sometimes even three buses at the same time.

The area between the sidewalk and the curb is only paved for the length of of one bus. As a result, riders often have to walk on the dirt/grass, which is in poor shape. Can sidewalk pavement be added between the sidewalk and the curb to accommodate the boarding of 2 or 3 buses?

At the R-Line City Market Stop (R-17), the No Parking Signs are labeled for no parking 6PM-6AM.

The R-Line previously served this stop only at night, but in October the R-Line was rerouted to serve this stop all day.

So, the no parking sings should be adjusted to say No Parking ANYTIME.

On 11/16 the driver of the CAT route 6 scheduled to leave Glenwood and St. Mary's at 4:35pm, choose to leave 5 minutes early (the driver left at 4:30pm). Please take corrective actions. Thank you!

The pole of the CAT bus stop at Gorman St & Marcom St is broken; it apparently was hit by a car.

Car debris is in the surrounding area. Also, the garbage can once attached to the pole is currently on the sidewalk about 30 feet north of the stop.

The bus stop sign here is wrongly labeled as "26c" and "31" Neither of those routes pass this stop. Also, it is missing the label for "15c".

I believe the following four CAT bus stops have enough daily passenger boardings to justify adding a bench, and probably enough to justify adding a shelter.

Enterprise St & Hillsborough St (Outbound Side, routes 4,12, 38)
Hillsborough St & Brooks Ave (Inbound Side, routes 4, 12, 38)
Method Rd & Western Blvd (next to the gas station)
Gorman St & Conifer Dr (Parkwood Village Apts)

This is the sidewalk on the southbound side of Varsity Drive, just south of the Leadership Dr intersection. There is a lot of plant overgrowth here, and the sidewalk is completely inaccessible at parts.

The bench at this stop is slanted downward, and the wood is cracked, making it very uncomfortable.

Much worse, the ground is a mixture of dirt, rocks, and litter: this is in need of concrete pavement.

Also, since this is a busy stop, is it possible to add a shelter?

On the southbound side of St. Mary's St between Johnson and Tucker.

The button for the pedestrian signal in the SW corner of Western & Kent (to cross Western) have fallen to the ground. The button also does not work when pressed.

One of the wooden planks on this bench is missing, leaving a large gap.

The pedestrian signal in the SW corner of the Gorman and Hillsborough St intersection, to cross Gorman, appears to be turned off, or broken.

The cover for this utility hole has fallen less than a foot into the hole. This seems to be fixed occasionally (not sure if by the City or a neighbor), bit the fix never lasts more than a few days before the cover is back in the hole.

This hole is located near where the sidewalk ends, in the grass area between the sidewalk and the curb. This grass area is where pedestrians cross from the sidewalk to the side of the road.

Please see if there's a more permanent fix for this utility hole cover.

8/4/2012 the CAT route 12 scheduled to depart Kaplan and Gorman at 4:25pm left 3-4 minutes early.

This is unacceptable because it causes riders to miss their bus and wait an hour for the next one. Even worse, if I remember correctly, this is the same exact driver I complained about in report #207149. If I am correct, please take more serious actions against the specific driver this time.

From my experience, nearly every other driver follows the schedule at this timepoint, so this complaint is specific to this driver.

The route 12 that was supposed to depart Kaplan and Gorman at 6:25pm on 7/16/12, was ahead of schedule. I watched as the bus passed by 5 minutes early. I noticed the driver is one who regularly disregards the schedule.

The button on the same side of Clark Ave as the park, to cross Clark Ave at Bellwood Dr is unresponsive.

Please fix the button!

I reported this issue a month ago and it was archived (Issue ID 141237).

The large plant was quickly cleared, but as you can see from the new picture, there is still significant plant overgrowth that remains.

The bus stop here is labeled "CAT" and "Wolfline".

However, under the "CAT" label, no bus numbers are labeled. There should be a label that says "12".

This bus stop is served by CAT route 12, but I have observed the lack of proper labeling on this stop to cause confusion between riders and drivers.

Please add a large "12" label under the "CAT" label.
