This is the inbound 12 stop in front of the McDonalds on Peace St.

The CAT bus sign is covered by the tree. The stop is currently behind the tree. A simple solution would be to move the stop in front of the tree. The sign my also have to be lowered a bit so it's not engulfed by branches and leaves. The old CAT bus sign (before it was replaced with the new sign) was in front of the tree, a bit lower, and easily visible.

The area in front of the bench is dirt/mud. This means people have to step in the mud to access the bench, and rest their feet on top of the mud when sitting on the bench.

Can the bench be moved forward a bit, so that people can rest their feet on the sidewalk instead of in the mud? Or, a few square feet of concrete could be added.

The pedestrian signal on the NE corner of the Hillsborough St and Faircloth St intersection is tilted, it looks like it was hit. A sign here is down too.

The new CAT sign on Edenton St @ Dawson St has an incorrect label for route 2 (route 2 doesn't stop here).

Also, most other new CAT bus signs downtown don't have any route labels. It'd be useful to have route numbers on all CAT bus stops.

The outbound stop on Hillsborough St @ Logan Ct is missing the label for route 12. However, there was never an old sign here, it's placed in a parking zone, and there's already a sign earlier on the same block, so I think it'd be best to remove this stop.

The outbound stop on Hillsborough St @ Shepherd St has an incorrect label for route 4.

The stop on Method st @ Jackson St is mislabeled for route 10 (instead of for route 12).

The stop on Kent rd @ Perserverance Ct has an incorrect label for route 16.

On Kaplan Dr @ Burgess Ct there is a new stop where there was previously no old stop. This stop seems unnecessary due to it's proximity to the previous stop. Also, it comes right after a sharp curve in the road, meaning there is little advanced visibility for the driver.

On Gorman St @ Conifer Dr the old sign was never replaced with a new sign. There should be a new shared CAT/Wolfline sign here.

On Gorman St @ Marcom St the new sign is a shared CAT/Triangle Transit sign. Triangle Transit does not serve this area, so the shared sign should be replaced with a CAT sign.

The old inbound stop on Hillsborough St @ Horne St has not been taken down, even though a new and correct sign is up.

The old inbound stop on Oberlin Rd @ Stafford Ave has not been taken down, even though a new and correct sign is up.

The inbound stop on Peace St @ St Marys St is missing a label for route 16.

The inbound stop on Peace St @ Boylan Ave is wrongfully labeled as 12 "Method Park" instead of 12 "Downtown".

Lastly, not exactly an error, but the inbound stop on Enterprise St @ Garden Pl is just a half-block from the previous stop. Can this stop be moved to Enterprise St @ Clark Ave instead?

Also, I'd kindly suggest CAT check all new signs throughout the system. It's mid-March and I've found a very high number of mislabeled stops on this route and also on New Bern Ave (reported separately), so I'm sure there's many corrections needed throughout the system.

A glass panel has shattered at the bus shelter in front of Richard B Harrison Library, leaving a dangerous mess.

Also, the bench in the shelter is broken.

Previously route 12 outbound stopped on Hillsborough St right before the Dixie Trail intersection, but the stop was changed to route 4 only (I think due to the right turn lane).

This leaves about 0.5 mile between stops on the outbound 12. To reduce this distance, can a new stop be added to the NW side of the intersection (after outbound 12 crosses the light, in front of East Village Grill)?

Also, can the sign that informs riders that route 12 does not serve the Hillsborough St & Dixie Trail stop be put back up (it was taken down when the CAT bus stops were replaced)? I've observed twice this stop causing confusion for route 12 riders.

The bus stops at the Super Walmart, along Corporation Pkwy, and on both sides of New Bern Ave between I-440 and Super Walmart are mostly missing labels for route 31. Also, all say 15L to Capital Blvd but don't mention that 15L to Wakemed where appropriate.

At New Bern Ave near the Star St intersection (in front of the gas station) the old CAT sign for route 15 has not been replaced with a new sign... all other signs on the route were replaced so I think this one got skipped over.

On Sunnybrook Rd at Calumet Dr a new sign has been put up, but the old sign on the side of Wake County Health hasn't been taken down. The location of the new sign is better then the old sign's location, and they are both very close to each other, so the old sign should be taken down.

On Westbound New Bern Ave, across the street from Wakemed there are 2 bus stops. The one in front of CVS is only labeled for route 31. The next one in front of the bus shelter is only labeled for route 15. Both stops should have labels for 15 and 31.

On Swinburne Rd just north of the Falstaff intersection, the sign is mislabeled for routes 15 and 15L. Only 15L stops here. There's already another stop at the same intersection (on Falstaff, before 15L turns the corner) so the stop could be removed altogether. In fact, I have a suggestion below on a better location to move this stop.

I'd like to request a new stop (see picture). Can a new stop be added on Sunnybrook Rd at the intersection with Holston Ln (southbound direction of Sunnybrook Rd, at the traffic light)? This stop would be served by outbound 15 and inbound 15L. This stop would be very useful for 15L riders to get off, so they can cross the street and board the inbound 15 on Holston Ln. During peak hours, this would allow riders to make a bus downtown 15 minutes earlier. During other hours, this would help make the connection when 15L is running late.

CAT route 12, scheduled to leave Method at Beryl at 6:15pm on Saturday 2/9, left at least 7 minutes early. I saw it pass by me at Method and Western at 6:09pm. I missed the bus and choose to walk as a result. I saw another woman who missed the bus running to Gorman St, in hopes of making it after it loops around. MANY PEOPLE PROBABLY MISSED THE BUS AS A RESULT OF THIS EXCESSIVE EARLINESS.

Currently, as I type this on the computer, I can see on RaleighRides.Org that the bus is already at Cameron Village at 6:30pm, a full 15 MINUTES EARLY. I have uploaded a screenshot as proof.

This bus didn't just leave a minor timepoint a bit early, it left the end of the line timepoint very early. Riders have been forced to find alternative transportation, or waiting 75 minutes until the next bus, for no good reason.

This driver who blatantly disregarded the scheduled should be punished harshly. Also, in the future, I hope CAT supervisors or dispatchers will monitor RaleighRides.org and stop drivers who are early.

The Wolfline stops at Avent Ferry at Brigadoon Dr, and Avent at Trailwood Dr are missing (both stops are on the Westbound/Outbound side).

CAT's contractor took these down when putting up the new CAT signs. The old Wolfline signs should be put back up, or shared CAT/Wolfline stops could be put up. Right now, the Wolfline drivers are stopping, but I don't think it'll take too long before the drivers pass by passengers since there isn't any Wolfline signs.

Also, the Wolfline Stop on Gorman St at Kaplan St that I previously reported is still missing.

The bus stop on New Bern Ave at Dickens Dr (Inbound/Westbound side) is dark at night due to lack of a street light.

There is an electricity pole here, it just has no light. Can a street light be added here?

The shared CAT/Wolfline stops were taken down and replaced with new CAT stops, but no Wolfline stops. Please restore the shared signs, or put up Wolfline signs.

There is a new CAT bus stop sign on the northeast corner of the St Marys & Hillsborough. It is labeled for route 4. This is a bad location for the stop since it's in the right turn lane, but route 4 keeps straight. Also there are already 2 other stops for route 4 one-quarter of a block in either direction.

Also, some mislabeled new CAT signs I've found...

On Hargett St right after the Salisbury St intersection the new sign is labeled for route 8 and 13 but missing the label for route 11.

On Peace St right before the St Mary St intersection (inbound side) the new sign is labeled for route 12 but missing the label for route 16.

Inside North Hills, near North State bank, the new sign is labeled for route 8 but missing the label for route 24L.

On Hillsborough St right after the Horne St intersection (inbound side) there is a new sign, but the old sign was left up. The new sign is correct, so the old sign can be taking down.

Lastly, all the new CAT/Triangle Transit signs on Hillsborough St are missing the route labels for the Triangle Transit routes.

There is a new CAT bus sign on Eastbound Western Blvd at Clanton St. It is labeled for route 11L.

No CAT bus route travels on this part of Western Blvd. The sign should be removed.

Also there is an Old CAT bus sign on Eastbound Western Blvd and Carlton Ave for route 28. That route was canceled, so that sign needs to be removed as well.

Today I noticed a CAT/TT sign placed on Hillsborough St right before this intersection with Gardner St (inbound side). This sign belongs at the beginning of the same block (right after the intersection with Brooks Ave). The sign at the beginning of the same block still has not been updated to include Triangle Transit, and there should not be a bus stop at the end of the block (it's a parking zone).

Other sign issues.
-On the Outbound side, the missing Triangle Transit signs for Hillsborough and Brooks and Hillsborough and Horne St have been replaced, but the Wolfline signs are still missing.
-A new CAT bus sign was added at Hillsborough St and Maiden Ln (outbound side). This seems like a bad location for a bus stop, since it's immediately after the round-a-bout exit and there's already a nearby bus stop at the next intersection (Hillsborough & Enterprise St).
-Another new CAT bus sign was added to Hillsborough & Logan St (outbound sign). The problem is it's placed in a parking zone, plus there's already a stop at the beginning of the same block.

The CAT/Traingle Transit Sign that goes on Hillsborough St, mid-block between Gardner St and Brooks Ave (Outbound side, where the 2 shelters are) was put back up, but in the wrong place. The sign was put at the NW corner of Hillsborough and Gardern St, instead of mid-block (which is where the bus shelters are).

This is a major stop and should be fixed ASAP. Also, the Wolfline sign here was taken down and never put back up.

The new bus stop sign, in Cameron Village near Rite Aid (outbound side), was placed about 50 feet east of the bus shelter. Can the sign be moved closer to the bus shelter (since the buses stop at the shelter)?

At Gorman St and Burt Dr, the bus stop is placed about 30ft north of the no parking zone. Since the bus stop is outside of the no parking zone, cars park in front of the bus stop.

Since CAT is replacing all of their bus stops this month, now would be a good time to move either the bus stop sign or the no parking sign, so that they are in the same place.

There are some down overhead wires here. They go through the trees, almost all the way to the ground. I'm not sure what type of wires these are (electric, cable, telephone, etc.).
