    Seemingly abandoned vehicle on the street for weeks, has not moved. No license plate, broken window, flat tire. Grey/silver stationwagon. VW? Northbound San Pablo Ave between 27th and 28th streets.

    Traffic signal is functioning. Northbound Broadway traffic gets a green left turn signal onto westbound 38th st whether there is a car waiting there to turn or not. This delays the southbound Broadway traffic unnecessarily. Please put the left turn signal on a trigger.

    Traffic signal is functioning. Market st signal lasts only about 10 seconds, and in the morning around 8:30-8:40 only about 6 cars get through southbound, with some cars waiting through 3 signals before they can cross 36th St. Please make that signal longer at that time of day so there is not such a back up. It is also helpful to time the signal on 36th with the signal on 35th - this is improved since last year when they were not synced. But the signal crossing 35th lasts much longer!

    The traffic signal is functioning, but the Westbound to Southbound left turn signal from 40th to Telegraph turns green every time, whether there is a car waiting to turn or not. It stays green for a long time, even beyond the East bound left turn signal. As a result, cars waiting to continue eastbound on 40th st wait longer, and the back up in front of BART is getting really bad. We counted 17 cars there waiting at the light last night, beyond the next intersection. There is no reason the West bound left turn signal could not be responsive to a vehicle waiting, and could not be much shorter! Please fix.

    42nd St. from Broadway all the way to Telegraph is really terrible surface with lots of potholes and gravel from a deteriorating street surface. It is dangerous for bikes and cars as they swerve to avoid the holes.

    Newly poured concrete does not allow water to drain properly next to new sidewalk. Please do not allow this shoddy construction to stand for decades.
