two large overflowing garbage containers in front yard for 1+ weeks attracting vermin & wildlife.

The city never plows Belvidere to the end, they stop at Winslow when Belvidere Street actually continues about a half a block to my neighbor's house which is 116 Belvidere Street W. We pay for a private plowing service to do our alley. Out of courtesy he makes a swath down Belvidere because that is part of our alley access. I don't know if the city plowers see this and think that it has been done, but it has not! Consequently we have a tiny strip of Belvidere Street plowed, definitely not what we are paying the city for in taxes & right of way costs. I have been wanting to report this for years. Please pass it along to the appropriate people so that we can get it plowed. It is dangerous. Thank You!
