Something needs to be done with the timing of the lights on Washington Boulevard during rush hour. It's not bad enough that it now takes over 2 hours to drive into the city, but to have to sit in traffic for 15-20 minutes to go 12 blocks??? There is no excuse for this. If someone from the Mayor's office cannot get into a car and observe the traffic conditions EVERYDAY then someone needs to lose their job. I'd like to see my tax dollars do something other than pay for Governor Malloy to get on television and talk about how he's doing such wonderful things for this state. More action, less talk.
