    Recently a large pothole has formed on 19th Avenue on the Westbound direction between Leslie St. and Bayview Ave., near the Canadian Sod business.

    I would like to request for a manhole cover to be installed on the NE corner of Bloor St. W. and St. George St., specifically on the bike lane on St. George St., as it is prone to flooding during periods of increased rainfall. With the recent storm on May 4-5, a large puddle accumulated there, and subsequently blocked the bike lane and the crossing, posing a danger to pedestrians.
    This is not the only time it has occurred, and each time it happens these areas are always flooded. If one were to be installed there then it would help stop this flooding.

    There is graffiti on the Prince Edward Viaduct which is visible to drivers on the Don Valley Parkway and commuters on GO Transit. It has been there for years and has slowly been accumulating. It is found on the fences there, and the pillars that support the bridge. It is even visible on Google Maps.

    The eastbound left turn lane at Steeles Avenue East and Kennedy Road is usually jampacked, especially during the weekends. The traffic signals only allow up to 4 cars at one time, which causes large delays. The signalling timing should be changed.

    On Allen Rd, in between Wilson Heights Boulevard and Sheppard Avenue West, there is uneven pavement there, and it has not been fixed in years. I believe that they are not working on it due to the fact that there is construction for the YUS subway extension, however it should be fixed as soon as possible.

    There is a stop sign at Kilcullen Castle Gate, and it creates congestion on the road during rush hour. During that time, four or five cars are usually trying to turn left, however it takes almost five minutes for the vehicles to be able to make their turn.
