Road is severely deteriorated creating a highly dangerous situation for motorists and cyclists moving along the road. This is a liability for people swerving to avoid the hole and requires immediate repair. The city has raised local taxes in our last election and yet continues to avoid repairing the local roads.

The anti-grinding guards for the walkway walls have largely been removed.

Wall is heavily damaged from skateboarders grinding on the wall corner. Needs replacing.

Walkway lights are inoperative and need replacing. Unclear if it is broken bulbs or fixtures. Liability issue creating unsafe pedestrian conditions. Situation is encouraging crime and homeless encampments in the darkened areas.

Lights along promenade walkway at Surfers Point are broken and need replacing. Dangerous to pedestrians and a liability situation.

The shoulder/bike lane alone E Los Angeles Ave just west of the where the railroad track crosses the road needs to be signficantly widened asap. So many cars racing along with a 6" shoulder creates an extremely dangerous situation for cyclists and motorists traveling westbound.

The road is severely deteriorating along Loma Vista Road between N Mills Road and E Main St. in Ventura. The road east of N Mills Road was surprisingly repaved in the spring of 2012 since it wasn't severely deteriorating. Wreaking havoc on car alignment.
