  • 1901-1999 Trumbull Dr Atlanta, GA, 30338, USA - Dunwoody
Very sloppy job of re-installing manhole covers on Trumbull Drive after road was recently paved. Contractor did not bring asphalt up to sides of manhole covers. Instead he poured square concrete around the covers. Many of the covers have concrete residue inside the top of the cover. Also, some of the concrete is too high and contractor made a mess when he tried to sand down the concrete. Over all a very unprofessional job. Hopefully City of Dunwoody has written project specifications / contract to make them re-do this work.

Several of the oak trees planted on Dunwoody Village Parkway are dying. They appear to be not getting any water. Newly-planted trees need water during the Summer during their first two years. This should be in the contract that the City has with the landscaper. The trees should be replaced if they cannot be saved.

  • Georgia Way South Dunwoody, Georgia - Dunwoody
Many of the new trees along the walking trail at Brook Run park are dying due to lack of watering. Landscaping contracts normally require watering of new trees for the first year, so landscacper should replace at no cost to city. Look especially at dead trees just past the 1/2 mile marker near dog park.
