    New Hampshire And 16th St Nw Washington, District of Columbia - Meridian Hill
    The bike signal at 16th, NH, and U is not working. I waited through 1.5 light cycles to get the bike signal, then gave up and used the crosswalk. I'm hoping that we haven't gone back to using the weight sensor to trigger the bike signal, because that didn't work about half the time, and I'm pretty heavy for a bike rider.

    The guard rail on the Southwest corner of this intersection is completely blocking the crosswalks.
