Overgrown Brush and debris on Richmond City owned lot, located behind 1803 Texas Ave and Richmond Redeveloping Housing Authority homes located on New York Ave. Large amount of brush and debris causing a safety issue for the neighborhood and children living in the area.

There is a lot behind the 1800 block of Texas Ave with over growth of brush with old tires and boards underneath the underbrush, it does not just need a grass trimming that was stated by an employee of the City of Richmond. The space being taken up by the overgrowth is going to be transformed into a neighborhood garden next spring. So we hope the city will improve this area

Tree limbs and trash, along with piles of brush covering lot owned by the city of Richmond , this area was about to be made into a block garden.
