I have met with the Chief Community Officer for Starbucks and helping out the homeless is something they take pride in. I think its actually quite a service they are providing to New Haven at no charge and it keeps the folks in a coffee shop that I would not shop at anyways. Try Greenwell, Blue State, Coffee or Woodland.
