    51-99 East 21st Street Richmond, Virginia - Swansboro

    I regularly see traffic heading the wrong way on 21st St between Decatur and Hull St. I would guess this happens about once an hour during the day, maybe more often.

    This seems to be caused by inadequate signage and by lack of enforcement.

    The signage at the intersection of 21st and Decatur should be more visible. There needs to be added signage at the Dollar General exit onto 21st St, there is nothing there to indicate that the road is a one way road.

    There have been many times that I have turned onto 21st St from Hull St and had to swerve to avoid a head on collision.

    6 tires dumped illegally on my property. They on the left side of the road, close to where the street dead ends.

    2115-2199 Hull Street Richmond, Virginia - Swansboro
    Really, really bad pothole heading West on Hull St, just before intersection with Pilkington St. This might be a manhole that has lost it's cover or one that was paved incorrectly so that there is a large, deep hole in the road.
  • Exit Ramp Onto South Robinson Street Richmond, Virginia - The Fan
    The turn lane markings are missing at the top of the Boulevard / Robinson exit ramp off of the Downtown Expressway. There are 2 lanes, but it is not clear which lane to use if you are going straight. It's only a matter of time until this causes an accident.
