    The painted left turn arrow was not replaced after paving for water line replacement. The straight/right turn arrow could use a repainting while the crew is there.

    Recently water and/or sewer lines were replaced on Everett west of Brooks. When they paved over the repair, the Left Turn arrow in the left lane was not repainted.
    The Straight/Right Turn arrow in the right lane could use a repainting while the crew is there.

    This is in the left turn lane of eastbound Clark Ave at the intersection with Oberlin Rd.
    A patch from some utility work has sunk to a point that it is a serious bump.
    Also the eastbound lane of Clark between Chamberlain and Enterprise is in rough shape with many patches. It would be nice if it was bad enough shape to be repaved.

    The pavement at the intersection of Ruffin and Faircloth is deteriorating. There is already one pothole and other sections appear as if they will fall apart shortly.

    The Yield sign has been turned around so it no longer faces traffic. It should face Pollock. This issue has happened before. Perhaps the sign needs better locking nuts.

    On the traffic signal for Faircloth left onto Wade, the 2nd signal from the left has part of the light shield falling off. This is the round piece the surrounds and projects out from the light, and it is on the bottom light - the left turn green arrow. If this is metal, it could cause some dame if it breaks free and falls onto a vehicle.
