    140 W Price is falling down in the front & back, there are no floors on the ground level & 2nd level as they have collapsed into the basement.
    The front facade is separating from the sides as can be viewed by the shifting cracks in the window frames.
    There is standing water in the basement. Raccoons & other vermin crawl in & out at all times of the day.
    We witnessed the claimed owner removing the DEMO sticker in June 2011 placed there by L&I on March 17, 2011.
    According to public records the owner has not paid taxes on said property since ~2000. (<$11K in unpaid taxes!)
    Calling 311 & 911 have proven "0" results.
    How long do we have to wait for this risk & tax burden of a property to remain before someone gets hurt?

    This buildings facade is separating from the side walls.
    All of the floors including 2nd & 3rd floors have collapsed into the basement.
    The back yard kitchen wall has clearly collapsed but is hidden by all of the overgrown vines and Kudzu.
    Raccoons & various dangerous vermin occupy this property and cross into our adjacent yard.
    The owner removed the Orange L&I DEMO poster dated 3-17-11 when he visited the property in June 2011.
    We have contacted 311, 911 & L&I but the results are minimal to nil.
    Can someone here help?
    This property is a danger to the adjacent property owner as well as the pedestrians on the sidewalk!
