Norwood Road Downingtown, Pennsylvania - Chester County
Please solve this traffic issue in the mornings. Maybe a traffic light?? I live in NWH apartments, and leaving that complex, I come down Norwood Rd, to make a left onto Wallace Ave (282). However, there is always a steady line of traffic coming down 282, and they want to make a left to go down Norwood Rd, to get to the bypass. Anyone coming from Norwood Rd trying turn left, never gets a chance due to the steady flow of traffic. Regularly, about 2 cars get to pull out every 10 mins. And its gotta be full speed out of that intersection to not be hit! Unless there is a nice person waiting to make a left, and they grant you the opportunity to pull out. I have seen accidents happen here because of this issue. PLEASE do something to correct this problem intersection.

There is a pothole in the roadway traveling through the tunnel. It is on the eastbound side. It's pretty deep, and it's been there since about November. When both lanes of traffic are going through, the eastbound traveling lane must take the pothole and risk their tires and suspension. Please fix this!

Most of the road is gone and torn up on this section of the the road. There is no way to swerve around or avoid this one. It is on the side traveling toward Lincoln Hwy. I just hit this one on March 27, 2015 and blew a tire out, bent my wheel, broke my tie rod end AND ball joint. This needs to be fixed ASAP. It has been a couple weeks since a plow was needed and I don't understand why one as BAD as this one has not been at least temporarily repaired!!! Now I need to spend $120 on a new tire, $100 to repair my wheel, and about $275 to repair the suspension parts. Who can I send this bill to???

I live in the apartment complex right here. I am sick and tired of people pulling off the exit ramp from the 30 bypass and nearly nailing my car when I travel down Norwood Rd! However, I can't entirely blame these people, since they can't even see around the mini forest of weeds that grows immediately to the left of the ramp when you are coming down and trying to exit. You can't see anything to the left of you before pulling out. You have to pull out into the intersection, and look, and by then you may already be getting hit by someone coming down Norwood Road. Could someone please maintain this over-growth?
