    Mountain of trash outside this empty rental. Looks horrible. Can anything be done? I know I could clean it up myself, but I would prefer not to reward the landlord's bad behavior.

    Big pool on my street has been sitting unused with some water in it since beginning of July. The pool is crushed and the kids don't use it, but it hasn't been thrown away. What's left of the water is gross and I'm worried about mosquitoes and West Nile. My kids play outside (so do the neighbor's) and I don't want anyone to get sick.
