  • Durant Rd And Falls Of Neuse Intersection raleigh, NC - Wake County
when driving northwest on Durant Road at the intersection of Falls of Neuse, there is a sign saying "U-turn yield to right turn". There should be NO U-TURNS. When a car is in the far left lane and tries to make a u-turn at the light (going northwest at the intersection of Falls) a couple of things happen. 1). If there is a line of cars trying to make a right turn to get on to Durant, the one car trying to u-turn holds up everyone else wanting to turn left on Falls of Neuse. And we are stuck at yet another cycle of a red light. 2). The most important thing is that cars trying to u-turn don't have enough room to do so. Therefore, they need to start the turn and then BACK UP right in the middle of a u-turn. Cars need to stop in the middle of a green light to let the person back up AT AN INTERSECTION. I think this should be a NO U-TURN area since there isn't enough room to make one. Thank you.

Litchford Rd Raleigh, North Carolina - Raleigh Council District A
The northeast division of Raleigh police is no longer in the shopping plaza on Litchford Rd. Yet a road sign has not been removed on Litchford and the cross street. Those should be removed so as not to give people wrong directions.
  • Litchford Road Raleigh, North Carolina - North
Since the northeast division of Raleigh police has moved to a new location away from the one in a Litchford Road plaza, there are two road signs that should be removed on Litchford and the cross street.
  • Spring Forest Rd And Departure Dr Raleigh, North Carolina - Raleigh Council District B
When turning onto Departure Drive from Spring Forest, the right hand side of the road is a mess with vegetation. All of Departure Drive is clean and kept up except for this one spot. Even the signs on the side of the road are getting covered with growth. Can't this be cleaned up and mowed? There's a decent stretch that would be involved in the clean up.
  • Falls River Avenue Raleigh, NC - North
Between the mailboxes of 2624 and 2629 Falls River Avenue, there is a slab of sidewalk that has been wet for a long long time. The water collects grass clippings and is becoming slippery from mold. I thought it was a leaky sprinkler but it turns out to be two drain pipes that are underground and must be coming from the hilly property. They stop right at the sidewalk and fill up and hole that overflows to the slab. Please take a look. Thanks.
  • 2400 Falls River Ave. Raleigh, NC - North
In front of 2400 Falls River avenue, there is a raised sidewalk from tree roots. It has been marked with paint for a long time but not corrected. This is dangerous. Please fix ASAP. Thanks.
  • Area Around Cokesbury Lane Raleigh, NC - North
A couple of people have cut down trees on their property and left the entire tree in the street near the curb. I know of two. One on Cokesbury Lane and the other on the street just before it. The city did yard waste pick up this week, but due to the size of these piles, didn't take them. Can you have them picked up or make the homeowner do it? The project will require a wood chipper. Thanks.

Could someone please trim low hanging branches on out of control trees on Cokesbury Lane? Using the sidewalk can get very frustrating. Thanks

Just a big thank you for pruning the trees on Sagehust Place and cleaning up the sidewalks. This click fix feature works great. The street looks a lot neater now and is much more passable to sidewalk users. Thanks again.

On Sagehurst Place, 27614, the city planted trees on the public "islands" a few years ago and said they would maintain them. These are small short trees. As they grow, very few people on the street are trimming them. When you walk down the sidewalks, you have to duck and dodge almost every one of them, or use just half of the sidewalk and walk single file by the trees. Isn't the city going to keep their word and maintain the trees??? They should actually be pulled out because at their adult height they aren't tall enough to prune properly for people to walk underneath. ALSO, there are some people who have decorative grasses growing way over the sidewalks, too, and they aren't keeping them trimmed, and they too are blocking the sidewalk.
