As I sit in front of my house. I have seen almost every car go through sign or roll through stop sign. Cabs,cars and even new haven police.how does this stop? Does a child need to get hurt?

Tree was cut down over a year ago,a truck showed up in the spring, set up stump machine then left.I called new haven trees and left several messages,no return call.my last complaint on this site was removed.why? Still no response.
