Multiple tents set up in residential area one block from Embarcadero Navigation Center, have been there for almost a month now. There are many people coming and going, stopping by , multiple bicycle parts and drilling frequently heard, dog chained to tent barking constantly day and night in what used to be a quiet peaceful neighborhood

Large encampment less than a block from the Embarcadero navigation center has been here for days, multiple people milling about exchanging money, multiple bicycles, large dog often unleashed. Most of the sidewalk is blocked by the encampment. This is located near the Embarcadero navigation center and Mayor Breed personally assured the residents here that the area would be patrolled and kept free of encampments once the Navigation Center opened. rcadero

Previously closed as "resolved" but since this picture was taken the encampment keeps growing bigger with more people, tents, pit bull, furniture (large sofa), shopping cards, bikes and trash blocking sidewalk directly behind Embarcadero Navigation center in area city promised to keep clear of encampments . Will need daily cleaning as long as allowed to remain.
