This issue has been reported no less than three times in past month by separate individuals. If this were an individual or business in the area, they would be held responsible to remove the graffiti within 10 days. Please tell me the city has the capacity to hold AT&T accountable like anyone else? If not, then lets get the city crew down to fix it. Please address the issue and do not require tax payers to have to continue reporting, thus manage resolution of this issue. Thank you for taking care of it within 10 days.

Potholes on 61st street are severely damaging the front end of my car; 2nd repair and to a degree unrepairable. 2 requests; 1. fix the potholes (we pay taxes and parking fines; keep our tax dollars here and stop shipping it up the hill) and 2. where do we submit administrative claims for damages caused by unrepaired streets? or is this a civil court claim?

This tire shop sits within a residential area. They are not positive nor responsive to addressing issues on this property. The noise from the AM/PM opening of the garage door is LOUD and the noise and exhaust from the shop is loud and unsightly during business hours. The placement of large industrial trash containers (with graffiti) is not appropriate any longer. The garage and property owner are notified. We request the garage 1. oil the garage door to reduce noise when opening and closing (simple fix to help others), 2. place a rubber cover over the door during business hours to reduce visibility, noise and exhaust, 3. move containers to the side of the building and out of street view as the rest of us are required to do. All these requests are customary for a garage operating in residential neighborhoods. We are aware of the administrative and civil liabilities to the property owner for disturbance and reduction of property values.

The bulb in this street light lamp flickers, as well as it was the only bulb NOT updated within blocks of the corner of 61st and San Pablo. Please switch the bulb to the brighter natural light.

AT&T maintain a couple of switch boxes on this location which they are NOT maintaining as other businesses in the area are doing. Instead of being addresses for the graffitti and poor paint maintanence, they are not being responsible nor is the City holding AT&T to the same level of accountability as small local business (these small businesses are doing a great job reducing graffiti). I do not want to be buying and painting these anymore, nor should anyone else. AT&T has been informed but do not take action although their staff are here weekly working on the switch boxes. Please hold AT&T accountable; residents can inform them as well.
