    Okay so I get your folks need to mark utilities when a repair on the road is needed but your cable TV guy made a mess and I saw him out there kicking the two green boxes. Went out this morning and he left them both open after damaging one. Broken up plastic everywhere and the bigger box I can't get closed. I mean do not send him out to my property again. He obviously could care less about his job. Walked around talking to himself. Scruffy looking. I got the small one closed up can't get the bigger one closed so all the wires don't get wet. They are old but still. No respect for property either.
    Really pi$$es me off.
    Those boxes are to protect the wiring, correct? Then they need to be closed up properly.
