Large pot hole on west side of road needs filled ASAP near 7395 6 Mile.
Also stretch of 6 Mile between 7300- 9800 has some potholes that could be filled during the trip. Particularly a jolting hole as you round the bend in the 9000 block going northward as the hole is on the east side right where you can’t avoid if oncoming traffic.

Please fill the large unavoidable pot hole on Tower Road just around the corner and other one further down closer to UPS. Thank you in advance.

Huge potholes in this commercial park and very difficult to dodge big holes and drive with heavy traffic as this is same road UPS is on. Please fill holes soon! Starts at entry onto road from Beadle Lk Rd all the way down toward UPS.

Multiple potholes on H Dr South as you approach curve and going to 5 Mile Rd where intersection of 5 Mile and H Dr So also has large holes forming.

Numerous potholes on long stretch of 6 Mile Rd starting north of Hicory Hills mobile home park and going all the way south to J Dr South.

The road has multiple potholes all the way down the street. Please patch when you are out near Beadle Lk Rd and I-94.

An accident occurred today (5/4/16-12p) at the intersection of M66 (aka Capital NE) and Roosevelt Avenue. The Calhoun County sheriff who responded and wrote up an accident report was persuaded by the driver causing the accident to attribute the cause as "potholes/poor road surface". Therefore, I would like to request repair of this section of road going south on M66 through the intersection to alleviate any further issues. I don't totally agree with the officer on his report which essentially doesn't place any responsibility on the driver who hit our van which was on three wheels after impact. The officers report will also have an impact with my insurance.

Problem spot has developed into large hole near intersection. Size is approx 2' X 2' with some smaller holes/erosion in center of road.

Holes at road where driveway meets. Corrosion running downhill before driveway causes washout of our paved driveway and roadway. Pavement is coming apart at edge and into road.

H Drive South (east of M66) all the way to 5 Mile Rd is in need of either repave or major repair with material that will last.

From entrance off Beadle Lake Rd on to Tower Road and all the way down the street drivers are forced to wait for oncoming traffic such as UPS trucks to clear before making a pass around numerous large potholes. Not to mention large trailers loaded with horses or lawn mowing equipment due to the season. The road crew is doing a great job at keeping roads in better condition.

6 Mile between Beckley Road and K Drive South is atrocious. We live just south of I Drive on 6 Mile and there is no easy way to get to and from home without hitting potholes. Even H Dr and I Dr South east of M-66 are in poor shape.

Climate has created numerous potholes that need patch. Also want to thank your crew for working so hard. Unending job.
