At the corner of Longleaf and Treehouse there is a flatbed trailer parked in the street with a truck on it. It has been parked there for awhile now. Thanks for your help.

Next to Innovative Fitness is a business called One Stop Performance. Here is a list of issues:
-vehicles left up on lifts in back on the weekend
-vehicles blocking fire lane behind building
-vehicles double parked in front parking lot
-multiple vehicles broken down
-stuff stored outside with and with out tarps in plain sight
-3 bays and 2 permanent car lifts in the back. How many parking spaces are required for this place to meet code?
If you require pictures from the weekend, I will be happy to email them to you. This place is an eyesore right on Texas Avenue - a major entrance to the city of College Station and my neighborhood. Thank you for your help.

Trash truck refused to pick up container because it is overflowing--truck driver probably left notice but this is a rent house and the kids seem to be gone??? is there anything you can do?

tall weeds needs mowing

I was told a code enforcement officer checks our area weekly but maybe that has changed. Could someone check out the tall weeds in SWV? The addresses are numerous that have tall weeds so just gave an area of where the issue has been seen. Thank you.

I am reporting this house again because it still has not been cleaned up. Yes, I understand what outside storage is and I do not believe bags of trash go in that catagory. The renters did not even put out their trash can on Monday and it is full. I know that a code officer has talked with them but nothing is changing. Could you please help? Thank you.

The traffic light at Longmire and Deacon Dr. does not give a green light to the side coming down Deacon and going straight to Texas Ave. if there is only one vehicle waiting. It sees turn vehicles on that side but not one vehicle going straight ahead to Texas Ave. I have had to sit through several light changes until someone gets in line behind me before the light will change.

2901 has been reported before and still not cleaned up. Both have trash bags and junk sitting by garage.
