Graffiti Archived1102 38 St Kenosha, Wisconsin - KenoshaToday I inspected the tunnel 38 St and 11 Ave because I could see some Graffiti from my house. Possible gang activity. There has been 2 calls to the PD in the last 2 days about people walking up on the tracks. The graffiti and the activity on the tracks had been reported to the Police.

These people are not moving their cars when it is a snow emergency. They know they can get away with it. The last 4 snows traffic has been driving on our yards and our sidewalks to get around because cars are parked there. Parking control only works M-F, that's a problem. Please address

3801 11 Ave Kenosha, WI - KenoshaI have been contacting the Kenosha News several times by telephone to discontinue the delivery of the Midweek Bulletin by mail or doorstep. I do not wish to have any of the newspaper on my property. I should not have to throw it away or recycle this article. I have never subscribed to or agreed to receive. I believe that the Kenosha News should be able to control who gets this free paper. It clutters our streets and makes our homes look trashy because some people don’t always check their front steps.
