The walkway board securing the "what is a wetland" sign is broken. It presents a tripping hazard.

There are no lines at this intersection. Even if they are temporary, lines need to be painted here.

There are "No Parking This Side Of Street" signs here but they are too far apart. People park here all the time and don't get tickets. The police officer at our civic league said it was because the signs were too far apart to enforce. Please put up new signs before someone gets their car door ripped off or they get hit by a car.

There is a large pothole right in line with where the tires on most cars go. The pothole is in the right southbound land of St Pauls where it meets the Monticello northbound interesction.

There is currently a construction site here. They have multiple sidewalks blocked. On some of these, there are detour signs. On others, no signs at all. Even the ones with detour signs lack a coherent direction. The crossing from the parking garage to the AT&T building crosses over Boush St. There is a traffic light here but it does not turn red in both directions except occasionally. Additionally, people need to cross Bute St. There is no detour for them. There are no handicap accessible ramps on either of these routes. The light rail will depend on pedestrians. Please don't force them to drive due to lack of pedestrian access.

The signs are up. Do not drive on tracks. No Parking. No Stopping on Crosswalk. They need to be enforced. Due to the construction of the light rail, there is now one lane in each direction. There are people the turn onto Monticello and get off of the asphalt and drive down the tracks. Taxicabs park in the lane and try to wave you around them and onto the tracks. Cars park in the crosswalk in front of MacArthur Center blocking not only the crosswalk but the travel lane that you are supposed to be driving in. You can see the tire marks on the catenary pole foundations where cars have hit them while illegally driving on the tracks. The city needs to start enforcement now. If these rules are not enforced well in advance of the opening of the light rail, we will have to deal with accidents instead of minor tickets.

Every day here at rush hour, everyone runs the red lights. They then illegally block the intersection forcing those who could not go during their green light to run the red light. This cycle repeats itself daily. I have seen the Police wait at the corner and ticket everyone. This needs to happen more frequently. The city could make a fortune and fix a traffic problem.

This is the location of the Cedar Grove Bus Transfer Station. There is incredibly poor pedestrian access to this area. I challenge any city official to cross Monticello Ave during rush hour to get to this place. Furthermore, I challenge them to find access into the area from Princess Anne without risking getting run over by a bus.

The streetlight cover is full of green water. Recently, the light started cutting on and off continuously. Very dark here at night
