    There is a shopping cart right next to the road. Been there at least a week. There are CalTrans workers within several feet of the cart picking up the homeless' trash. The workers have been there several days. They have several dumpsters. Workers were there this morning February 21st, 2020. Why can't one of them pick up this shopping cart while they are there. Someone from the City can call them. Coordination isn't that hard.

    A healthy podocarpus tree is bent over. The stakes are broken but the tree seems to be intact. The tree needs to be straightened up and restaked. It is on Otis, on the shopping center side. It was next to one of the banks, probably Wells Fargo.

    Big pile of trash. Originally it was inside the fence at the end of the residential street. Looks like someone has pushed a lot of the trash to the outside of the fence. For a week or so it was just piled up by the on ramp to 880 North. Now it is spilling into the road.
