    New traffic light timing is creating problems.
    1. Traffic backing up passing metro entrance during rush hour
    2. No more than 5 vehicles go when the light is green and this is worse with the new NO TURN ON REd condition.
    3. Drivers are waiting until the last minute and the cutting right before the intersection.
    I wonder if there are more improvement coming to this intersection of this will be a final condition.

    There two street light next to a small park on this area. The first one is covered by trees and the second one is out.
    Please fix this light since this makes the area unsafe and dark.
