    The snow is piled too high at the bottom of the cul-de-sac, causing a blockage of the drain by the huge snow pile. This is despite calls to public works during the summer asking that they replace the curb the snow plows struck and destroyed last year -- to prevent drainage problems this winter. Please come remove snow pile & fix curb this spring.
