There is a serious continuous problem with certain commercial lawn people in our community. There are one or two companies that are dumping their debris on the Landings right of way and even on private property. This illegal process prevents them from having to go to their designated drop off point. Thus, saving them time and money. The culprits seem to be the smaller pickup trucks. But, not conclusive!
As recently as of September 6th this incident was reported to security as a hazardous condition to the oncoming traffic. This company was so blatant that they left a large barrel full of debris sitting in the street with piles of loose cuttings surrounding it making it difficult to pick up.
Hopefully Security can address this contagious problem.

2 very large trees were cut down on Common property and left there. Removal has been done around area but for some reason Landings are avoiding a cleaning up here. This is Landings Property not privately owned. I pass this ever day and I feel the Landing should set an example for Home owners and clean up their own yard.
