The sensor seems to be broken on Lincoln st at the Plantation st intersection, heading straight towards Shrewsbury. The light will not turn green unless someone goes through the red light. I've been seeing people run the light for a month now because it won't change. The light stays red until someone takes a right on red or until someone gets aggravated enough to run it. PLEASE fix it!!
